Students wishing to qualify as RSM practitioners participate in training modules, weekend meetings and personal sessions.

Training modules

The Rubenfeld Synergy Training Program is a four year professional certification program that meets three (3) times per year. Each of these training modules is seven days.

Spring and fall training modules take place at the beautiful Omega Institute in Rhinebeck, New York. The winter module is held at a conference center outside Philadelphia.

Weekend regional meetings

In addition to the training modules, each student participates in three regional group meetings per year (regionals) scheduled between the main training modules.

Students in the same geographic area meet with faculty to practice, review and deepen their skills. Regionals take place on weekends and provide 30 hours of small group learning annually. The cost of regionals is not included in the basic tuition.

Personal RSM sessions

Experiencing RSM is an essential piece of the training curriculum. Students are required to take twenty (20) private Rubenfeld Synergy sessions each year. At least six of the sessions will take place during the training modules. Remaining sessions will be conducted by a synergist skilled in working with students. Rubenfeld Synergy Training will help you locate a certified Synergist in your local area. The cost of these sessions is not included in the basic tuition.
