What are the tuition fees?
Basic tuition for the three training modules is $3950 (USD) per year. A deposit of $600 (USD) is required upon acceptance to reserve your place. See our Admissions page for more details on tuition fees, additional fees and refunds.
What is your refund policy?
If you withdraw your application 30 days or less before the training begins, you will receive a refund of your tuition minus the $600 (USD) deposit. Once the program begins, tuition (less the $600 (USD) deposit) is refundable on a daily prorated basis until the end of Module 1. After this time, there are absolutely no refunds.
How many students are in a class?
We teach integration as an art. Therefore the size of the group is limited. The ratio of staff to student is about 6:1. Each student receives high quality supervision and personal attention. This fosters individualized learning within a supportive environment.
Can I use my RSM training for credit in other programs?
Several graduate schools accept participation in the Rubenfeld Synergy training program for credit toward a master's or doctoral degree. A good resource for programs is “Bear’s Guide to Non-Traditional College Degrees” which is available in bookstores and libraries.
For those who would like to pursue a graduate degree in Clinical or Somatic Psychology the RSM training has an affiliation with the Santa Barbara Graduate Institute
Our training can fulfill certain degree requirements in areas such as Clinical Practicum, independent study and personal therapy work.
How do I maintain my certification?
Certification maintenance requirements involve continuing education in related fields as well as Rubenfeld Graduate Training credits. The main goal is the continued professional development of practitioners after certification. Recertification occurs every three years. An annual fee of $60.00 is paid to the Board of Administration for the Standard of Practice and Ethics Committee (RSM BASEC, Inc) which administers professional practices, logo usage and access, ethical concerns and certification maintenance.
