Ilana Rubenfeld

Ilana Rubenfeld is the founder of the Rubenfeld Synergy Method and delivers special sessions to students in the Rubenfeld Synergy Training Program. She is a recipient of the prestigious Pathfinder Award from the Institute of Humanistic Psychology, a faculty member of the Omega and Esalen Institutes, a keynote speaker and presenter at conferences throughout the world and the author of “The Listening Hand.”

Joe Weldon

Joe Weldon is a Licensed Psychologist as well as a Master Synergist and Co-director of the Rubenfeld Synergy Training Program. He has been teaching the Rubenfeld Synergy Method for over 25 years and maintains private practices in Philadelphia and Huntingdon Valley. Joe has taught at the school of Social Work at the University of Pennsylvania as well as at Villanova University. Experience RSM as a client of Joe's.

Noel Wight

Noël Wight is a Master Rubenfeld Synergist and Co-director of the Rubenfeld Synergy Training Program. She has been teaching with Ilana Rubenfeld for over 15 years and maintains a private RSM practice in Philadelphia. Noël’s background includes Waldorf Education and social work. She brings a deep sense of respect for the resiliency of the human spirit to her work with students and clients. Experience RSM as a client of Noël's.


Together Joe Weldon and Noël Wight travel extensively giving workshops and training sessions throughout the United States and Canada. They have presented programs at the Esalen and Omega Institutes and at national conferences.
