Joe Weldon is Co-director of the Rubenfeld Synergy Training Institute .He is a Licensed Psychologist as well as a Master Rubenfeld Synergist. Joe has been teaching the Rubenfeld Synergy Method since 1981 and maintains private practices in Philadelphia and Huntingdon Valley, PA. Joe has taught at the school of Social Work at the University of Pennsylvania as well as at Villanova University.

Noël Wight is a Master Rubenfeld Synergist and Co-director of the Rubenfeld Synergy Training Institute. She has been teaching The Rubenfeld Synergy Method since 1990 and maintains a private RSM practice in the Philadelphia area. Noël’s background includes Waldorf Education and social work. She brings a deep sense of respect for the resiliency of the human spirit to her work with students and clients.

Ilana Rubenfeld is the founder of the Rubenfeld Synergy Method and delivers special sessions to students in the Rubenfeld Synergy Training Program. She is a recipient of the prestigious Pathfinder Award from the Institute of Humanistic Psychology, a faculty member of the Omega and Esalen Institutes, a keynote speaker and presenter at conferences throughout the world and the author of “The Listening Hand.”
Toni Luisa Rivera, D.C., Certified Rubenfeld Synergist and Certified RSM Workshop Leader is a Senior Faculty member for the RSTI .She also serves as the Training Co-ordinator for both the Santa Fe and Puerto Rico Training programs. Toni has been practicing, teaching, and giving workshops in The Rubenfeld Synergy Method® since 1996. For 25 years, originally in Puerto Rico and now in Santa Fe. she has had a private Chiropractic practice. Toni brings a deep understanding of subtle bodywork practices to her clients helping them to discover and engage their innate healing potential.
Theresa Pettersen-Chu has been a Certified Rubenfeld Synergist since 2000, and joined the faculty of the Rubenfeld Synergy Training Institute in 2008. She maintains a private practice at the Terra Sky Center for Wellness in Summit, NJ. Formerly an interior designer specializing in the creation of homes of beauty and comfort, Theresa guides her clients and students to ‘coming home to themselves’. She has a deep reverence for the body, its knowledge and the soul it houses.
Joan has been a Certified Rubenfeld Synergist since 2002 and faculty of the Rubenfeld Synergy Training Institute since 2008. She maintains a private practice in Martinsburg, WV, where she helps her clients access and listen to the healing wisdom of their bodies. Joan brings a deep passion for and commitment to the work and a deep knowing that the body is the gateway to the heart and soul.
Joanne Gaffney is a licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Nurse who has been practicing, mentoring and teaching the Rubenfeld Synergy Method since 2000. She maintains a private practice in Provincetown, Ma. Her clinical areas of focus are relationships, developmental trauma and addictive patterns. She is an Advanced Clinician in Imago Relationship Therapy, Senior Staff of Delos (Voice Dialogue International) and an IFS (Internal Family System) Practitioner. She has been a Supervisor at Simmons School of Social Work, has presented workshops, contributed to The Ladies Home Journal and appeared on The Phil Donahue Show teaching couples connection and communication. She has co created and taught a curriculum in which she integrated RSM principles to teach nurse coaches.
