Rubenfeld Synergy Training offers a 4 year certification program to learn the unique art and skill of the Rubenfeld Synergy Method® (RSM).
RSM training is taught by Master Synergists and trainers Joe Weldon and Noël Wight, who are licensed by the Rubenfeld Center Inc. to train new practitioners. Special sessions are conducted by Ilana Rubenfeld.
Highlights of the training program, which is comprised of three seven-day modules plus three weekend meetings per year include:

- Duet of touch and talk
- Bodymind exercises
- Self-care practices
- Internship practice
- Individual and group supervision
- Program acceptance by some MA and Ph.D. programs
