Your body contains the stories of your experiences. It is the sculpture that has been carved by life’s winds and storms – the people and places, the joys and sorrows, loves and losses. Your body is the compass that helps you know in which direction you are moving.
The body helps locate you as you struggle between isolation and relatedness. It is the scribe that writes your ‘knowings’ onto your cells. Listening to the body helps you to align yourself with your Self. Your body knows you very intimately- it is aware of your whole spirit .
